57 acres sold for Platt Springs Crossing, a mixed-use residential development coming to the Red Bank area of Lexington County

NAI Columbia’s Ben Kelly, CCIM, and Patrick Chambers successfully brokered the sale of three land parcels last month in the Red Bank region of Lexington, South Carolina. NAI issued a press release about the property Tuesday.

The parcels are located at 5410 Platt Springs Road, at the intersection of Old Orangeburg and Platt Springs Road, directly across from the Publix at Lake Crossing and Red Bank Chick-fil-A. The three parcels have a combined total acreage of ±57.37 and will be the future site of the much-anticipated “Platt Springs Crossing.”

Platt Springs Crossing will be a mixed-used development bringing multiple national and regional users, along with a residential component, to a growing Lexington market. Stay tuned for more announcements about the development in the coming months.
