4West, phase four of the Brookland Development at the corner of State and Meeting streets in West Columbia, is taking shape. 4West will contain luxury apartment homes and retail, restaurant, and office space located at the foot of the Gervais Street bridge. Brookland retail tenants already include: Black Rooster; Gentlemen’s Quarters Barbershop; The Wrktand Select Physical Therapy.

Estates and Companies broke ground on 4West in the fall of 2021. The new complex will feature 52 new residences and approximately 15,000 square feet of commercial space.

The development’s residential community will include studio, 1-and 2-bedroom residence with spacious dress-in closets, sleek kitchens with dual-hued cabinetry, quartz countertops, best in-home technology, and spa-inspired bathrooms.
