Lexington Police respond to crash on Sunset Boulevard, Friday

Lexington Police were asking drivers to please use caution, Friday morning, traveling in the 5300 block of Sunset Boulevard (at Palmetto Park Boulevard.) Both inbound and outbound lanes were reduced to one lane each direction due to a collision. Emergency personnel were on the scene.

Cayce Police investigating attempted assault at Guignard Park on Knox Abbott Drive by male with a gun

La Michoacana Authentic Mexican Restaurant is coming to the former Original Brunches location at 2245 Leaphart Road in West Columbia. Brunches closed in December. The owner of La Michoacana said she is dealing with regulatory procedures now. She said she is hoping to be open for business by July.
