Irmo Fire District units responded to a house fire on Fallsbury in the Friarsgate Subdivision Sunday afternoon. Heavy smoke and fire were visible when units arrived. One minor injury was reported. The fire was under control in about 45 minutes; Columbia Fire Department and Lexington County Fire Service assisted.
