Emergency crews respond to crash on Hook Avenue, Thursday

Units from the West Columbia Police Department and EMS responded to a crash at Hook Avenue and Morning Side, Thursday after 10 a.m. Traffic was blocked on Hook Avenue while police and EMS worked to clear the scene. The crash occurred at an intersection with a stop sign.
