Apartment parking lot flash floods near St. Andrews Rd.

The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department reported flooding Thursday evening at Churchill Apartments near Saint Andrews Road. No injuries were reported, but rising water moved about a dozen parked vehicles in the complex parking lot. The water eventually began to recede.
