Man found dead in Lexington County Wednesday, is identified

A man  found dead on Wednesday, in Lexington County has been identified.   He died at the scene from what appears to be a single gunshot wound, according to Fisher. Isaac’s address is listed as unknown. An autopsy is planned on Thursday to determine the cause of death. The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department continues to investigate the incident.
