Interstate-20 eastbound at exit 51 (Longs Pond) was shut down Friday morning due to a multi-vehicle collision. The SC Highway Patrol, EMS and Lexington County Fire Services were on the scene. The on-ramp was shut down by Lexington County Sheriff’s Department.

EMS transported two people to the hospital with minor injuries. The road remained partially closed for the next hour for road clean up. SCHP eventually opened the interstate to allow traffic to flow through.
