Gaston Police charged two men with drug trafficking. The charges came after a traffic stop in Gaston, Monday morning. Around 11 am, an officer on patrol observed a vehicle with an expired tag.

The officer initiated a traffic stop made contact with the occupants — Rodney Keeter and Travas Jones.
During a lawful search of the vehicle, 20 grams of cocaine base “crack cocaine” were located near the center console, stated police. Keeter was arrested for trafficking cocaine base 1st offense. Jones was arrested for trafficking cocaine base 3rd offense.
