South Congaree officers arrested Elizabeth Waddell of Lexington and Truequn Tolen of Pelion.

The arrest was made after a traffic stop that revealed a large quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle the two were in.

Waddell was charged with Trafficking Meth, and Truequn Tolen was charged with Possession With Intent to Distribute Meth along with DUS 2nd offense, operating uninsured vehicle, expired tags, and open container.
