A crash occurred in the Town of Lexington this early Friday morning. Police, EMS and fire services responded to the collision. It resulted in the closing of one inbound lane (the right lane) of Augusta Road. As a result of the collision a power pole was snapped after being hit by a truck.
Crews eventually cleared up the scene for morning commuters.
