Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has released the identity of the teen killed in the 800 block of Osage Ave in West Columbia at approximately 1 p.m., Saturday.

Fisher stated that Mr. Daeun Mercelis Odom, 14, of Gaston was found dead on scene with an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body. The West Columbia Police Department reported Saturday that a juvenile suspect is in custody in connection to the shooting.
