Lexington County had recorded 12 coronavirus -related deaths as of Saturday, according to statistics from the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control.
The West Columbia ZIP code of 29169 had 21 coronavirus cases as of Sunday. The Cayce ZIP code of 29033 recorded eight cases and 29170, in the Springdale area has 20 cases, according to DHEC.
After Richland County with 18 deaths, only Greenville County, with 16, had more coronavirus-related deaths than Lexington County. Horry County also had 12 as of Saturday evening.
