One person died, Sunday at 6:40 p.m. in a crash that occurred on US 21 in Richland County.

A 2008 BWW was traveling north on US 21 at Fair Lawn Lane when a 2018 Nissan crossed the center line and hit the BMW head on, according to Master Trooper Brian Lee of the SC Highway Patrol.

The name of the deceased person has not yet been released by the Richland County coroner.
