Luckie’s Pinestraw, a landscape materials supplier, opening on Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia
Grayson Greiner of Colliers | South Carolina brokered the lease of an approximately 1,711-square-foot building at 3119 Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia. Colliers represented the property tenant, Luckie’s Pinestraw, in this transaction, according to a news release.
Luckie’s Pinestraw harvests, delivers and installs longleaf pine straw across the Southeastern United States. With over 10 years in the business, Luckie’s stands as one of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies according to the Inc. 5000 list. The company has five existing locations in Alabama, North Carolina and Florida. The new West Columbia office will mark Luckie’s Pinestraw’s sixth location and its first in South Carolina.
Located in close proximity to Lexington Medical Center, the property consists of approximately 0.95 acres with great visibility. This section of Sunset Boulevard sees about 33,500 vehicles passing per day with easy access to both I-20 and I-26 as well as downtown Lexington, South Carolina.
