A work crew was busy in the West Columbia shopping center on Augusta Road that contains Hobby Lobby, KJ’s grocery and MUV Fitness, Friday. A Harbor Freight Coming Soon banner has been hung over the store that used to be Home Décor Outlet. It looked like work was going on inside the building.

The Harbor Freight banner says that Harbor Freight is now hiring, apply online.
