Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the drowning victim who was recovered from the water of Lake Murray near the 500 block of Windmere Drive, in the Lexington area of Lake Murray at approximately 6:34 PM on Saturday

According to Fisher, Mr. Cody Michael Miterko, 27, of Columbia was recovered from 10 to 15 feet of water after he went missing while in the water with friends. An autopsy was performed Monday, with the results confirming the death was due to drowning.
