Around 11:30 Wednesday, units from the Irmo Fire District responded to two vehicle accidents on Jamil Road beside I-26. A pickup hit a fence. Shortly afterwards a second accident occurred on I-26 in close to the same spot.

One lane of 26 Eastbound was closed at the 105 Exit and traffic was slowed in both directions of Jamil.
Injuries were minor and crews eventually cleared the site.
